Hand embroidery pays homage to the late Scottish Artist, John Bellany and his wife Helen. One of his harbour paintings of two women and a cat, triggered a childhood memory of Sandra’s two grand aunts and their cat in Knockaird, Ness, Isle of lewis.(which also feature on the art deco mirror)

Images, words and embellishments on the Ancient Red Fraser tartan by Lochcarron of Scotland, frock- coat, reference the Rose Window and Flora Macdonald. it is exhibited on a bespoke Italian mannequin.
